A seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over 40 years of experience across manufacturing, trading, and the consumer electronics industry, Mr. Vijay Gandhi brings deep operational expertise and strategic vision to Flaura Tek. As a Director of Divya Air Products Limited since 1997, he oversees the company's finance, operations, governance, and long-term business strategy, ensuring sustainable growth built on trust and excellence.

A Business Graduate from Delhi University, Mr. Sahil Gandhi has over 20 years of experience in the mobile phone and consumer electronics sector. He has successfully expanded the Smart Dukaan retail network to 500+ stores while building extensive expertise in international trade through his experience in Dubai. At Flaura Tek, he leads business development, strategic partnerships, and global expansion initiatives, driving the company's vision for continued innovation and market leadership.

Rahul Tayal is a veteran business leader with over 30 years of experience across consumer electronics, retail, merchandising, and strategic business management. Currently Director — Strategic Business & Marketing at LG India and a member of its Executive Management Group, he has previously held leadership positions at Croma (Tata Enterprise), Woolworths India, Darwish Holdings (Qatar), and Jumbo Electronics (UAE). An MBA from Monash University, Australia, Rahul advises Flaura Tek on strategy, retail expansion, brand building, supply chain, and sustainable business growth.
